Detroit City Planning Commission Public Hearing – 1764 Calumet Street Rezoning

The Detroit City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request by Real Estate Interests, LLC to rezone 1764 Calumet Street from R1 (Single Family Residential) to R2 (Two-Family Residential) zoning classification. The proposed amendment would allow the site to be developed with an eight-unit, two-story apartment building. The meeting is hybrid, held in-person at the Dauch Scout Center with a Zoom option available.
