Joy and Spinoza Green Space at Rouge Park

The first annual Freedom Festival celebrating Juneteenth, featuring cultural recognition from Africa to Detroit, free food, intergenerational family games, bounce houses, health screenings, live performances, and community resources. This celebration honors Black culture, history, resistance, art, and community, inviting District 7 residents and friends across the city. Registration is open and volunteers are needed.
